  • We work with companies across the U.S. looking for sellers who know how to keep their clients and technical support teams engaged on high-ticket, critical infrastructure projects that involve longer sales cycles, multiple decision-makers, technical considerations, and trusted relationships to close.

  • Our clients are typically system integrators that install, implement, and support IT Systems, Physical Security Systems, and/or the major software deployments that support those technologies.

  • VectorLine Group was founded by a former sales professional who led technical solution sales. This background shaped our approach to sourcing. We believe that hiring for strategic positions is not a job posting problem, it is a search problem.

Rather than adopt a strategy centered on posting open positions and managing inbound applications (resume harvesting), we actively work to “pull” candidates from wherever they are (active or passive) and get them excited about a new opportunity with our clients.

It can often take multiple hires over many months to fill a key position with the right candidate. This is especially common in technical, solution-oriented sales where the strongest candidates are often already employed, performing well, and not actively applying for jobs.

It takes targeted outreach to find these professionals and an ability to sell candidates on the idea of leaving their comfortable situation for the prospect of greater opportunity with our clients.
